We accept cash, checks and credit cards – Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept money orders by arrangement.

If you are out of town, please make prior arrangements with us before making payment with a personal or business check. In some cases we will require your check to clear our bank before we return ship or ship your merchandise.

Payment is expected in full at time of service completion.

We work by reservations only. We did it the other way for years. If you have checked around you know that there are considerable wait times for refrets up to six months in Nashville. Our reservation system means that you do not have to ship your guitar to us two months in advance to get in the queue. Ship it 5 days before your reservation date and we will turn it around to you in one to three weeks.

All items we hold over 60 days without receiving payment are subject to sale with proceeds going to Aperio Guitar LLC in lieu of payment for services. We ask that you communicate with us if there will be a delay in shipping or picking up. We are easy to work with and understand things come up. Just let us know.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by shipping carriers whether shipping to us or return shipping from us. You should weigh the need for insurance should you deem it appropriate. We take pictures of your neck or guitar upon arrival and supply them to you. You may use them to contact your shipper and pursue any damages should there be any.

For purchased item returns, just return your item in as new unused condition and we will cheerfully refund your purchase and shipping price in full but we do not refund your return shipping cost.
